How long until I receive my order?

If the item is on hand, shipping within Metro Manila usually takes around 2-7 days. For provincial areas, orders are typically delivered within 3-12 days from the shipping date. Kindly note that delays may occur due to, but are not limited to, unforeseen circumstances.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping within Metro Manila costs Php 200, while provincial shipping costs Php 300. 

Do you accept same-day delivery?

Yes, we do. Our cut-off for same-day delivery is at 3 pm. You may place your order through Instagram and provide your shipping details. Deliveries will be booked through Grab or Lalamove on our end to ensure proper tracking of your order.
